Irish Food

Irish cuisine is another staple within Ireland, and is famous for its liberal use of potatoes. These potatoes are found growing all over the rural areas in Ireland. In modern Ireland, most citizens live in urban cities, although agriculture remains as a major industry. This agriculture provides many of the potatoes for their cuisine. Many countries outside of Ireland attempt to recreate the food from the country. Often, this food is not actually commonplace in Ireland.
